RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR ADMISSION

(These form a Part of COURSE APPLICATION FORM)

1.It is expressly agreed and understood that all admissions into ENGLISH SCHOLARS (hereinafter referred to and include to imply as the INSTITUTE) shall be governed by these Rules and Regulations and any amendments thereto.

2. All fees are strictly payable in advance, at the time of admission to the INSTITUTE for the course selected and are non-refundable, non-adjustable and non-transferable. It is imperative to select the course and deposit fee accordingly.

3. Duration of the course selected will be on a monthly basis and shall start on the date of joining and will conclude on the date in the following month, unless specified otherwise.

4. It is abundantly re-iterated that the fees paid for a particular candidate is NOT Adjustable with another candidate’s fees under any circumstances whatsoever.

5. In the event of the course being extended beyond a month, fees must be paid for the next month as follows:-

(i) Between three and fourteen days but not exceeding 15 days……50% fee is payable.

(ii) Beyond fifteen days……Full month fee is payable.

(iii) All fees pertaining to the month following must also be paid in advance.

6. The management reserves the right to grant or refuse to grant admission without assigning any reason.

These Rules and Regulations form a part of the Course Application Form and it is expressly understood that the Candidate has read and agreed to abide by the same.
